The company announced the launch of bots that learned from stock queries and responses of customers sales personnel to make the connection and learn intelligently. The CEO of Talla, Rob May explained that the chatbots will assist frontline sales personnel to handle queries faster. This way sales personnel will no longer have to check back on specs and information from manuals to be able to reply to a query with authority. This will be an on-demand ready reckoner that will have all the answers to every conceivable question of a customer. Additionally, the bot will also prompt the sales executive to permit the completion of the next level in the interaction. This will help to keep all the boxes ticked during the interaction without compromising on the quality of the interaction or missing out any aspect.
As businesses are set to witness a workforce in the future that comprises humans and machines working side by side, this is a milestone.
